Returns & Refunds

Condition: To be eligible, products must be damaged, or defective. If your item is ineligible for return via the website, please reach out to our store directly.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain products such as perishable goods, sale items, or personalized products may not be eligible for return or refund.
How to Request a Refund
To start a return or refund request, please contact us at rootedremediesks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to replace it. Please contact us at rootedremediesks@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
