Shipping policy

At Rooted Remedies, we strive to ensure your order is delivered safely, promptly, and with care. Please read our delivery policy below for more information:

 

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $8.00 on all orders. However, if your order totals $75 or more (before tax), shipping is free!

 

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. If you're located outside of the U.S. and are interested in our products, please contact us directly at [insert contact info].


5. Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at rootedremediesks@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

 

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
