Cancellation policy

By subscribing to any product or service offered through Rooted Remedies, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Subscription Overview

Rooted Remedies offers a recurring subscription service where customers receive selected wellness products at a regular interval (e.g., monthly). By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Rooted Remedies to automatically charge your payment method and ship your selected products according to the delivery schedule. 

 

All subscription terms will automatically be canceled after 24 months from the start date, and no further charges will be incurred unless the user manually renews the subscription.

 

2. Billing and Payments

  • Your payment method will be charged on the signup date for the subscription, and then every month after.

  • Prices and shipping costs are subject to change, but you will be notified in advance of any adjustments.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on our website or by contacting customer support at rootedremediesks@gmail.com

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

4. Modifications to Your Subscription

You may change your product selection, delivery frequency, or shipping address at any time through your customer portal. Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

Subscription products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement.

 

6. Termination by Rooted Remedies

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, violation of our policies, or supply issues. You will be notified by email if your subscription is affected.

 

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable during your subscription, we will notify you and may offer a substitution or credit.

 

8. Changes to Terms

Rooted Remedies reserves the right to update or modify these Subscription Terms at any time. Continued use of your subscription after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
